Description:

 

 Desired experience or qualifications for applicants include:

  • Generate funding documents in ERP and PRISMS as requested.
  • Provide Weekly Business Planning Coordination and Business Plan updates.
  • Assist as Task Planning Sheet Coordinator for assigned divisions.
  • Complete update of assigned Cash Flow Reports on a monthly basis.
  • Complete and submit a Weekly Document Tracker for all documents generated in current FY.
  • Prepare PMS 317 Weekly Execution Summary Status Reports within the Business Plan and reconcile all analyst's financial execution logs against the Business Plan for SCN, OMN, OPN and RDT&E.
  • Provide PMS 317 SOW preparation as requested.
  • Execute ZRQIS and STARS runs on weekly/monthly basis for execution reporting.
  • Attend Weekly Staff Meetings/Contractor Support Meetings.
  • Provide Training for new team employees and other Contractor Support as required.

Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.

Ability to be able to walk reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.

Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a lap top, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.

 

Qualifications:

Required experience or qualifications for applicants include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • ERP BFM Certification
  • ERP, COBRA, PRISMS and MS Excel
  • Proactive nature, analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to train junior staff.
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience.
