The candidate will:

Provide contract management support to PEO IWS 10.0.

  • Execute tasking to strict milestone schedules and develop program office documentation in compliance with DoD 5000 requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and Justification and Approval (J&A) documentation.
  • Participate in the planning and development of Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation for the solicitation of new procurements.
  •  Assist the COR in administering CPIF, CPFF and FFP type contracts.
  • Monitor Contractor's contract performance in relation to task pricing, execution, cost reporting and product delivery.
  • Assist with efforts to track contract obligations and expenditures under cost type contracts via monthly metrics reports and generate funding modification documentation.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Procurement Request (PR) documentation for inputs into the Standard Procurement System (SPS).
  • Assist in efforts to develop contract tasking and develop the updates to Technical Instructions (TIs), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs) and other contract related documentation.
  • Ensure COR file documentation is accurate and complete.



Required experience or qualifications for applicants include:

    • Bachelor’s in Business preferred.
    • DOD 5000 knowledge.
    • SPS experience preferred.
    • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
    • Ability to be able to walk reasonable distances (up to ½ mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
    • Ability to be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a backpack or messenger bag in order to carry a lap top, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
    • Must have a current DoD SECRET Clearance.
    • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience.
