Multiple Positions: BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL
MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Tech-Marine Business is looking to add dedicated professionals at all levels
of experience in providing Financial Management, Acquisition Management, Program Management, and Accounting Reconciliation
support to major Navy Acquisition Program. Duties of these positions run the full expanse of the DoD PPBE process including
requirements definition, POM and PR development support, budget development and articulation, operating budget development,
funding document and contract modification development, expenditure analysis, and contract and document reconciliation and
closeout. We are looking for professionals with experience supporting US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Applicant
must be able to travel to and from client sites several times a day.
Type of Experience Required
- Ability to obtain and hold
a US Government SECRET Clearance
- PEO Ships, PEO IWS, PEO SUBS,
PEO Carriers or NAVSEA financial experience
- Microsoft office skills and
knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Type of Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of PRISMS, STARS,
MOCAS, COBRA and AUTODOC
- Knowledge of Navy POM and
budget exhibit development
- Knowledge of and experience
developing funding documents and contract modifications
- Knowledge of expenditure
analysis including tracking obligations and expenditures
- GFE/GFM schedule and financial
tracking
- Contract administration experience
- Earned Value Management (EVM)
