BUSINESS, Inc. has developed quality management program objectives and aligned them to corporate goals. They include,
but are not limited to:
· Develop the quality program and clearly delineate responsibility for quality management functions.
· Enhance corporate infrastructure and interdepartmental communication linkages to ensure appropriate and timely
reporting of quality management activities.
· Support and promote continuous quality management principles and assist with orientation of personnel at all
levels.
· Demonstrate providing engineering services in a manner consistent with effective professional practice and
continuous quality management.
· Assess satisfaction with services through surveys and the collection and analysis of information from clients;
maintain a database of all findings and outcomes, making it available for use with future projects.
· Use consistent criteria to ensure clients receive appropriate high- quality management and engineering support
in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
· Provide quality management information to customers.
· Implement action plans on a timely basis and monitor the effectiveness of action plans for follow-up and resolution.
· Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements and with accreditation agency standards.
· Perform an annual evaluation of the quality management program, develop a plan of work and revise the quality
management plan as needed.
· Ensure that the delivery of consistently high level services is provided to all clients (regardless of age,
sex, race, religion, color, sexual preference, or religion).
· Utilize existing technology and implement policies to safeguard the confidentiality of our clients to the
extent allowed by applicable state and/or federal laws.
